05/22/2011 4:13 PM ET
The Harrisburg Senators completed a mini two-game sweep of the Binghamton Mets with a 4-1 win on Sunday afternoon. With the win, the Senators improve to 20-19 on the season while the B-Mets fall to 13-26.

The Senators were facing one of the top New York Mets prospects, Jeurys Familia but were able to get to him early on and build a 3-0 lead. Alex Valdez singled in Josh Johnson in the first giving the Sens a 1-0 lead. Then in the second inning, Stephen King hit his first AA home run for a 2-0 lead. Johnson scored later in the inning on an error giving Tanner Roark and the Senators a 3-0 lead.

Roark was outstanding in his second start for Harrisburg this year. He pitched six innings and allowed just one run as he evened his record at 1-1. Erik Arnesen pitched two scoreless innings and Hassan Pena pitched a perfect ninth inning to notch his third save on the season.

Jonathan Tucker hit his second home run of the season for Harrisburg leading off the ninth inning to provide insurance for the Sens. King had three hits in the game for the Senators.

Roark delivered the fourth outstanding start in a row for the Senators as over those four games, the Sens starters have a 0.75 ERA and have allowed just two earned runs in 24 innings.

The road trip continues on Monday night when the Senators take on the Akron Aeros at Canal Park in downtown Akron at 7:05 p.m. Shairon Martis takes the hill for Harrisburg against LH Kelvin De La Cruz for Akron. The game can be heard on 1460am The Ticket, on the Internet through the Senators website, and on your ipad or iphone beginning at 6:50 p.m.
