Tuesday, Aug. 30, 7:05 p.m. - Tailgate Tuesday, Free Food Tuesdays - Fans can watch batting practice, play cornhole, enjoy live music and partake in $2 draft beer specials in the Bud Light picnic pavilion from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Any fan who purchases a regularly priced lower reserved seat ticket $14 receives a free foot long hotdog, small popcorn and bag of peanuts. Wednesday, Aug. 31, 7:05 p.m. - Veterans Appreciation Night/Trick or Tweet Night - Fans who served in the armed forces and provide valid identification at the box office can purchase upper or lower reserved seat tickets for $7. For Trick or Tweet Night, fans who follow the Baysox on Facebook or Twittercan order discounted tickets for the Baysox combination of Social Media and Halloween Night! Fans can vote on different parts of the night every week on Facebook at www.facebook.com/BowieBaysox. RHP Tim Bascom is scheduled to start for Bowie.
Thursday, Sept. 1, 7:05 p.m. - Brian Matusz Bobblehead Giveaway - The first 250 fans ages 13 and up receive the bobbling rendition of the Orioles left-handed pitcher and former Baysox star Brian Matusz. RHP Oliver Drake is scheduled to take the mound.
Friday, Sept. 2, 7:05 p.m. - Youth Sports Night, Autism Awareness Night - The Baysox recognize young athletes in all sports with a special fundraiser offer. For more information on the fundraiser, fans can contact Chris Rogers at (301) 464-4813 or via e-mail at crogers@baysox.com. Between innings the team will show clips from various sports movies on the video board. Autism Awareness Night features a donation of proceeds from each preordered ticket or suite, pregame ceremonies to honor members of the Autism community, informational tables on the stadium concourse and a temporary quiet room where families can take a short break from the bustle of the stadium. RHP Zach Clark is scheduled to pitch for the Baysox.
Saturday, Sept. 3, 6:35 p.m. - Miss Utility Diamond Dig, Kids Appreciation Night, Fireworks - 50 lucky fans have the opportunity to dig in the infield to win a $1,500 vacation package, presented by Liberty Travel, Bowie. For Kids Appreciation Night, Louie and the Baysox are dedicating this event to the kids! The first 250 kids ages three to 12 receive a free giveaway item, and kids can enter a free drawing to throw out a ceremonial first pitch, announce a batter over the speaker system and more. After the game the Baysox light up the skies around Prince George's Stadium with a fireworks extravaganza.RHP Eddie Gamboa is scheduled to pitch for Bowie.
Sunday, Sept. 4, 2:05 p.m. - Fan Appreciation Day, Meet the Team Autograph Session - On Fan Appreciation Day the first 1,000 fans ages three and up receive a free Baysox knit beanie. All fans are asked to help sing the national anthem for the game, and after the game all fans are invited to run the bases. For Meet The Team Day Baysox players and coaches are available to meet fans and sign autographs on the concourse level of the stadium from 12:30 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. Pitching Coach Kennie Steenstra and that day's starting pitcher and catcher are not available for autographs. LHP Mike Ballard is scheduled to pitch for the Baysox.
Monday, Sept. 5, 2:05 p.m. - Baysox Season Finale and Mutt Monday - Bring your pooch to the game as the Baysox wrap up the 2011 regular season.RHP Tim Bascom is scheduled to start for Bowie.
