There are three exceptions to the standard game times. The first is Sunday, April 15. That day's game will start at 4:00 p.m. to comply with Major League Baseball's travel rules. The game on Independence Day, Wednesday, July 4, will also begin at 4:00 p.m. to accommodate the City of Pensacola's annual fireworks show on the water. The only other exception is the final game of the season on Labor Day, Monday, September 3. That game will be a special 2:00 p.m. matinee.
Gates will open one and a half hours prior to first pitch at Blue Wahoos Ballpark for every game.
Play will begin on Blue Wahoos inaugural season on Thursday, April 5 with first pitch set for 7:00 p.m. Season tickets are on sale now by calling the Blue Wahoos at (850) 934-8444. Single game tickets will go on sale in early March beginning at just $5.
