Lawrenceville, GA - The Gwinnett Braves, in conjunction with the Atlanta Braves, have announced the Futures Team roster for Tuesday, April 3's "Atlanta Braves All-Stars vs. Future Stars Game" at Coolray Field. The 25-player list of prospects, to be guided by legendary former Braves manager Bobby Cox, includes rising stars from minor league affiliates in Class-A Rome, Class-A Advanced Lynchburg, Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett.

Three players expected to be with the Gwinnett Braves are included on the Futures Team. Right-handers Jaye Chapman and J.J. Hoover, each who logged time in a G-Braves' uniform in 2011, are amongst 11 pitchers on the roster. Third-base prospect Joey Terdoslavich, the Atlanta Braves' Minor League Player of the Year in 2011, will don a Gwinnett uniform for the first time in the game. The 23-year-old Terdoslavich hit .286 with 20 home runs and 82 RBI in a banner year for Class-A Advanced Lynchburg last season.

Included on the Futures Team pitching staff are two of the Top 10 Braves' prospects as ranked preseason by MLB.com. Left-hander Sean Gilmartin, the club's first-round pick in the 2011 draft, leads the way. The former Florida State Seminole is ranked No. 6 on MLB.com's rankings after going 2-2 with a 3.09 ERA over six starts between the Gulf Coast League and Class-A Rome. Gilmartin will represent Double-A Mississpi. Right-hander J.R. Graham, ranked No. 10 following a 5-2 record and 1.72 ERA for Rookie Danville last season, will represent Class-A Advanced Lynchburg.

Gwinnett Braves fans will get their first look at several exciting position prospects for the Braves, including catcher Christian Bethancourt, infielders Nick Ahmed, Brandon Drury and Edward Salcedo and outfielders Todd Cunningham and Matt Lipka. Bethancourt, regarded as the No. 5 prospect on MLB.com's list, hit .289 between Rome and Lynchburg during the season and took part in the Rising Stars game during the Arizona Fall League season. Salcedo, checking in just outside MLB.com's Top 10 at No. 11, bashed 12 home runs and totaled 68 RBI for Rome last year. Ahmed (No. 12), Lipka (No. 14), Drury (No. 15) and Cunningham (No. 17) all ranked amongst the Top 20. Drury comes decorated as last year's Co-Player of the Year in the Rookie-level Appalachian League, leading the circuit with a .347 batting average.
