Twins No. 7 prospect Liam Hendriks recorded a season-high 10 strikeouts, gave up three hits and came within one out of a complete game as Rochester blanked Indianapolis, 2-0. Clete Thomas tripled, singled and drove in a run for the Red Wings, while Pirates No. 3 prospect Starling Marte had two of the Indians' three hits.

Ernesto Mejia and Jose Yepez homered as Gwinnett held on for a 5-4 victory at Pawtucket. Luis Durango chipped in two hits and two RBIs for the Braves, while Ryan Kalish went 4-for-5 with a homer and two RBIs for the PawSox.

Tigers top prospect Jacob Turner allowed a run and scattered eight hits over 6 2/3 innings for his first Triple-A win of the season as Toledo crushed Durham, 11-1. Rehabbing D-backs shortstop Stephen Drew had two hits, including a two-run homer, to help Reno outslug Tucson, 12-9. Blue Jays top prospects Adeiny Hechavarria and Travis d'Arnaud delivered RBI singles in a four-run fifth inning that sent Las Vegas past Fresno, 4-2. Vladimir Guerrero was hit by a pitch and left in the fifth for the 51s. Giants No. 10 prospect Conor Gillaspie was 3-for-5 and scored a run for the Grizzlies.

Will Savage allowed a run on eight hits over six innings for his eighth win, outdueling John Gast and pitching Albuquerque past Memphis, 2-1. Jeff Baisley had two hits and drove in the go-ahead run in the sixth for the Isotopes. Gast struck out eight over six frames and Eugenio Velez fell a homer shy of the cycle for the Redbirds.

Tyson Ross pitched six shutout innings as Sacramento rolled to a 10-2 triumph at Colorado Springs. A's No. 7 prospect Derek Norris, Michael Taylor and Brandon Hicks homered for the River Cats, while leadoff man Eric Sogard went 3-for-6 and fell a homer shy of the cycle. Ryan Verdugo pitched six solifd innings and got plenty of offensive support in Omaha's 12-4 drubbing of visiting Round Rock. Seven Storm Chasers drove in at least one run and four recorded multi-hit games, including Derrick Robinson and Chris Getz, who combined to go 6-for-8. Joey Butler had two hits and scored a run for the Express.

In a game that featured 11 pitchers, New Orleans scored six times in the ninth inning to stun Oklahoma City, 12-7. Nick Green went 4-for-6 with a triple and two RBIs and Marlins No. 11 prospect Kevin Mattison was 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and three RBIs for the Zephyrs. Jimmy Paredes went 4-for-6 and drove in two runs for the RedHawks.

Brooks Raley struck out six over a seven-inning complete game as Iowa blanked Nashville, 1-0, in the first game of a doubleheader. Matt Tolbert produced the game's only run with his first homer of the season. Sounds starter Seth McClung also went the distance, fanning eight.

Jay Gibbons homered as Nashville edged Iowa, 3-2, to salvage a split of the twinbill. Corey Patterson doubled twice, walked and scored a run for the Sounds, while Ty Wright had two of the Cubs' six hits.
