On Friday, June 15 Anne Kenyon was enjoying the San Jose Giants take on the Modesto Nuts at Municipal Stadium. When a foul ball came her direction in the fifth inning the then 91 year-old did not duck, she stuck her hand out and caught the ball on the bounce! Now, Kenyon will be returning to Municipal Stadium to see if she can pitch as well as she can catch. This Friday, July 6 the 92 year-old grandmother will bring a bus with 25 of her closest friends and family and throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the San Jose Giants taking on the Modesto Nuts.
