Kila Ka'aihue recorded his 1,000th career Minor League hit with a fourth-inning double, then doubled again in Sacramento's 8-6 loss at Fresno. Nick Noonan homered twice and Chris Dominguez also went yard to lead the Grizzlies. Adam Rosales homered and Jermaine Mitchell went 3-for-4 with a triple for the River Cats.

Mike Wilson doubled four times, plated three runs and scored four as Tacoma outslugged Salt Lake, 14-9. Carlos Triunfel homered and drove in five runs, while Mike Carp went 3-for-5 with a homer and two doubles for the Rainiers. Angels No. 18 prospect Luis Jimenez was 4-for-5 with a double and two RBIs for the Bees, who got a solo homer from Paul McAnulty.

Angel Sanchez went 3-for-3 with a double and a run scored and Carlos Corporan smacked a three-run homer to power Oklahoma City past New Orleans, 3-2. Donnie Murphy hit a solo shot off the bench for the Zephyrs.

Adrian Cardenas singled home Alfredo Amezaga in the ninth inning to give Iowa a 6-5 win over Omaha. Amezaga finished 3-for-5 with a double and two runs scored. Max Ramirez led the Storm Chasers with two doubles and three RBIs, while Kurt Mertins went 3-for-4 with a solo homer.

Rob Scahill gave up two unearned runs on seven hits over six innings for his fourth win in five starts as Colorado Springs beat Reno, 13-8. Rehabbing Rockies catcher Ramon Hernandez hit a three-run homer for the Sky Sox, who got a two-run blast from Brendan Harris and solo shots from Andrew Brown and pitcher Edgmer Escalona. Taylor Harbin and Konrad Schmidt both doubled and drove in two runs for the Aces.

Mark Rogers allowed three hits over seven innings to halt a personal two-game slide in Nashville's 2-0 win over Memphis. Jordan Brown doubled and plated a run for the Sounds, while Adron Chambers went 3-for-4 with a triple for the Redbirds.

Trent Oeltjen fell a triple short of a cycle and Brian Cavazos-Galvez and Josh Bard also homered as Albuquerque edged Round Rock, 12-10. Matt Kata, Joey Butler and Elio Sarmiento went deep for the Express.

Danny Valencia stroked a walk-off single in the eighth inning to give Rochester a 1-0 win over Lehigh Valley in the first game of a doubleheader. Nick Blackburn went the distance for the Red Wings, scattering nine hits and striking out two. IronPigs starter Tyler Cloyd gave up three hits and two walks over six shutout innings.

Pete Orr and Michael Martinez slugged three-run homers in a seven-run second inning as Lehigh Valley salvaged a doubleheader split by beating Rochester, 7-1. Tyson Brummett allowed four hits and two walks over four scoreless innings in his second start for the IronPigs. Danny Valencia was 2-for-4 and drove in the Red Wings' only run.

Luke Carlin went 2-for-5 and hit a fifth-inning grand slam to power Columbus past Indianapolis, 11-5. Former IL MVP Russ Canzler contributed a double, two RBIs and two runs scored for the Clippers. Anderson Hernandez was 3-for-4 with a homer and three RBIs, while Jeff Clement went deep and scored twice for the Indians.

Nate Spears had two hits, including a two-run homer, in Pawtucket's 4-1 victory over Syracuse. Red Sox No. 17 prospect Juan Carlos Linares tripled, doubled, drove in a run and scored once in the win. Clay Buchholz struck out three and allowed one hit and two walks over 2 1/3 scoreless innings in a rehab start for the PawSox. Jarrett Hoffpauir was 2-for-4 and drove in the Chiefs' lone run.

Mets No. 14 prospect Matt Den Dekker went 3-for-5 with a homer and three RBIs in Buffalo's 10-3 romp over Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Adam Loewen homered, doubled, drove in two runs and scored three times, while Josh Satin smacked a two-run homer for the Bisons. Doug Bernier was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for the Yankees.

Ruben Gotay homered, doubled and collected three RBIs to help Gwinnett squeak past Durham, 11-9. Tyler Pastornicky also went deep and drove in two runs for the Braves, while top prospect Julio Teheran improved to 6-5, despite surrendering seven runs on nine hits and two walks over five innings. Chris Gimenez was 4-for-4 with a homer, four RBIs and two runs scored for the Bulls.

Sean Gallagher allowed five hits over six scoreless innings before Louisville edged Toledo, 3-2. Mike Costanzo and Cody Puckett both went 2-for-3 and scored a run for the Bats. Argenis Diaz led the Mud Hens, going 4-for-4 with two runs scored.

Dallas McPherson hit a solo homer, doubled and scored three times to help Charlotte defeat Norfolk, 6-4. Hector Gimenez added a two-run shot for the Knights, while Nate McLouth went deep for the fifth time in seven games for the Tides.
