Negrych becomes Chiefs' fourth All-Star
Buffalo native to join Brown, Duke, and Rivero on IL team

Syracuse, NY - The Syracuse Chiefs are pleased to announce that infielder Jim Negrych has been added to the 2012 International League All-Star team. The IL team will take on the Pacific Cast League All-Stars at 7:00pm Wednesday at Coca-Cola Field in Buffalo.
Negrych, a Buffalo native, is in his first season with the Nationals organization. He's hit .284 in 54 games with the Chiefs and has six home runs and 30 RBI. Negrych joins Chiefs teammates Corey Brown, Zach Duke and Carlos Rivero on the IL team.
The 25th Annual Triple-A All-Star game will be broadcast live on the Chiefs' flagship radio station, The Score 1260, and on MLB Network.
