Two Williamsport Crosscutters were named to the NL All-Stars; shortstop Roman Quinn and first baseman Chris Serritella.
Quinn was taken by the Phillies 2nd round of the 2011 out of Port St. Joe High School (FL). He is currently hitting .275 with 12 RBI's. One of the most exciting players in the league, Quinn ranks first in the NY-P League with 9 triples and second in stolen bases with 17.
Serritella was Philadelphia's 4th round selection in the 2012 draft out of Southern Illinois University. This season he is hitting .300 with 5 home runs and 30 RBI's. Serritella leads the league in at-bats, games, doubles, and total bases. In addition, he ranks in the top 5 in the league in in RBI's, HR's, hits, and extra base hits. In 2012 he was named a 1st Team All-American by Baseball America.
