The agreement is the first extension between the two Canadian organizations and ensures that Vancouver will develop the future of the Toronto Blue Jays for at least the next four seasons.
"The Vancouver Canadians have been champions on and off the field during our first two seasons as partners of this great organization," said Blue Jays Director of Minor League Operations Charlie Wilson.
"We are proud to have Canada's only minor league baseball club as our partners. Considering our relationship with the Canadians front office to the atmosphere and facilities at Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, it was an easy decision to extend our partnership in Vancouver."
Since aligning their organization with the Blue Jays, the Canadians have won back-to-back Northwest League Championships (2011-2012) and will seek a third consecutive title starting June 15th, 2013.
