SPRINGDALE, AR - The Kansas City Royals earned their first victory of the 2013 Cactus League season in dramatic fashion, as Brandon Wood hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth to give the Royals a 4-2 win over the Texas Rangers. Former Natural Anthony Seratelli scored on Wood's walk-off homer. The Royals and Rangers will meet again tomorrow at 2:05 p.m. in Surprise, AZ.
