The Kane County Cougars organization has announced the team's 2013 radio broadcast schedule as Aurora-based WBIG 1280 AM will carry nearly every Cougars game this season. Radio announcer Wayne Randazzo returns for his second season in the Cougars' broadcast booth. The 23rd season of Cougars baseball will commence on Thursday evening, April 4th when the Cougars host Quad Cities at 6:30 p.m. at Fifth Third Bank Ballpark. In addition to radio coverage provided by WBIG, Cougars fans can tune in through live streaming of all 140 games on kccougars.com. This allows for family members and friends of players, as well as Cougars fans listening in from around the world, to follow every at-bat and pitch during the season.
