Snappers Offer Unique Experience to Little League Teams
Youngsters Get Chance to Spend Time On-Field With Beloit Players

BELOIT, WI - The Beloit Snappers Anthem Buddies program will be offering an exciting experience to area little league teams throughout the 2013 season. Little leaguers will have the opportunity to take the field with Snappers players for the National Anthem before Snappers home games. Participating teams  will be able to come onto the field prior to the games, meet Snappers players and get autographs. Teams will also get a personal visit from Snappy D. Turtle.

This program is FREE to all Little League teams. Group rate pricing is available for groups of 20 or more for those coming with the teams. To participate in this program, teams must contact Director of Community Relations Natalie Tobey to book their game date. She can be contacted at 608-362-2272 or by email at ntobey@snappersbaseball.com. This program is not open to individuals and must be booked as a team.

The Beloit Snappers are a member of the Midwest League and are a Class-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. Opening Day at Pohlman Field is set for April 11, 2013 at 6:30pm, when the Snappers face the Burlington Bees, the Midwest League affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
