A: The parking lot of Raley Field, 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
Q: WHERE IS RALEY FIELD LOCATED?
A: Raley Field is located off Fifth St. and Tower Bridge St. in West Sacramento See Map for Details.
Q: IS THERE PARKING?
A: Yes, there is parking for vendors and attendees in designated orange and red parking lots. We ask that all vendors please park in the area marked "Vendor Parking Only" in our Orange Lot. Attendees are welcome to park in the remaining portions of the Orange Lot and Red Lot. Parking is FREE for all attendees.
Q: IS THERE HANDICAP PARKING?
A: Yes, handicap parking is available at any marked handicap spot. Handicap plates or hangtags must be clearly displayed in vehicle. Towing will be enforced.
Q: IS THERE AN ADMISSION FEE?
A: Yes. Admission for Raley Field's Go Yard Sale is $3 per person. Children 12 and under are free.
Q: ARE THERE RESTROOMS ON SITE?
A: Yes. We will have port-a-potties on site during the event.
Q: ARE PETS ALLOWED?
A: No. Pets will not be allowed unless they are service animals.

Q: WHAT TIME CAN I SET UP MY BOOTH?
A: Load-in is from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. All cars must be out of the event by 8:15 a.m. NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED TO LOAD-IN AFTER 8:00 A.M. If you are late you must unload your vehicle from outside the event and carry your items inside. NO EXCEPTIONS or REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. At 8:15 a.m., the event fencing will go up and there will be no way to enter/exit with a vehicle. No vehicles will be allowed to remain in the sale area during the event.
Q: WHERE DO I ENTER FOR LOAD-IN?
A:Please enter through the gate at Fifth Street and Market Street. Upon arrival, you will be directed where to park.
Q: WILL THERE BE AN AREA FOR ME TO CHECK-IN?
A: Yes, vendor check-in will be located at the event entrance near vendor parking (refer to event area map to be emailed closer to the event). Please temporarily park your vehicle and check in at the table. Raley Field staff will give you vendor wristbands and you may begin your load-in after check-in.
Q: I HAVE MORE THAN 1 VEHICLE TO UNLOAD, WHAT DO I DO?
A: One vendor unloading/parking pass is included with your purchase of event space. If you wish to bring an additional vehicle, you may purchase up to (1) more vendor unloading/parking pass at $10.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS CAN I SELL?
A: You may sell any used items you wish. Common items are house wares, furniture, antiques, old treasures, gently used clothing, etc.
Q: AM I RESTRICTED FROM SELLING CERTAIN ITEMS?
A: You may not sell any food or beverage at your vendor space. Other prohibited items are: firearms, weapons, provocative materials, alcohol, or tobacco/drug paraphernalia.
Q: HOW LARGE OF A SPACE WILL I GET?
A: Vendor spaces are two parking spaces. The dimensions are approximately 17"x19".
Q: CAN I BRING EXTRA PEOPLE IN TO HELP ME SET UP, WORK THE EVENT, AND HELP ME BREAK DOWN?
A: Yes. Each vendor space will include 5 vendor wristbands for your helpers to wear all day. No one will be allowed to enter the event space for set-up without a wristband. Additional wristbands are available for purchase at $3 each.
Q: CAN I BRING A POP-UP TENT FOR SHADE?
A: Yes. You are more than welcome to bring a pop-up tent. In fact, we recommend it!
Q: WHAT IF I DO NOT SELL ALL OF MY ITEMS?
A: Goodwill will be on-site at the end of the event to collect any unsold items that you would like to donate. Any booth spaces with trash remaining in them will be fined a minimum of $100. Please leave your booth space(s) clean, just like you found them.
Q: MAY I BRING MY OWN TABLE (S) OR CHAIR (S) TO BE USED IN MY BOOTH SPACE?
A: Yes. You may bring your own table(s), chair(s), or anything that you would like to use to display your items.
