Sunday's Harsh Weather Postpones Gnats and Drive

Savannah, GA - Saturday's suspended game between Greenville and Savannah that was due to be resumed Sunday, has been further suspended until tomorrow, Monday, due to weather and an unplayable field. The game will be resumed tomorrow, Monday, as part of a double header with a 5:00 pm first pitch. One half an hour after the completion of the resumed game, Monday night's originally scheduled game versus the Drive will then take place.

Additionally, Sunday's originally scheduled game has been postponed and will be made up as part of a double header when Greenville returns to Savannah on Friday, August 30th.

Tickets to the double header are just $1 with a coupon available in the Savannah Morning News and at local Korger stores. Fans can also display their Korger Plus card at the box office for a $1 ticket. Fans will enjoy $1 draft beer, $1 hot dogs, and $1 small sodas all night long.

Monday's Game 2 set to start after the suspended game will feature RHP Luis Cessa (4-2, 3.06) for Savannah versus LHP Cody Kukuk (4-7, 3.68) for Greenville.
