The Buffalo Bisons have activated OF MOISES SIERRA from their disabled list and officially added RHP NEIL WAGNER to the team's active roster. Wagner was optioned from the Blue Jays on Sunday.

To make roster room, RHP CLAUDIO VARGAS and INF EUGENIO VELEZ have been released of their contracts.

He allowed just 10 hits while striking out 32 in 20.1 innings of work and reached 100 mph with a pitch during an outing against the Louisville Bats.

Vargas pitched in 20 games and made 14 starts for the Bisons. Overall, the righty was 5-7 with a 5.86 ERA and 55 strikeouts in 83.0 innings of work. Velez hit .270 (60-222) with seven home runs, 24 RBI and 21 stolen bases in 69 games with the Herd.
