(PK Park - Eugene, OR) - Not known for the long ball, a trio of Canadians homered in Tuesday's series finale as Vancouver topped Eugene 7-0 to finish an eight-game road trip at .500 (4-4).

Canadians 1B Dan Arcila hit his 1st home run of the season in the top of the 2nd inning off of Eugene starter RHP Erik Cabrera to give Vancouver an early 1-0 lead.

RF Brendan Kalfus would hit his 1st home run of the season in the top of the 5th inning with DH L.B. Dantzler on first (single) off of RHP Kyle Lloyd extending the lead to five with a ball that landed on the roof of the field house beyond the right field fence (est. 420 feet).

DH L.B. Dantzler hit his 7th home run this summer in the top of the 8th inning off of RHP Vladimir De La Cruz that scored SS Dickie Thon (triple) capping off a 7-0 victory.

Canadians LHP Shane Dawson (Lethbridge, AB) went four scoreless innings in his Northwest League debut striking out six while allowing just one hit. The combination of LHP Matt Dermody (2.0IP), RHP Garrett Pickens (2.0IP) and RHP Chuck Ghysels (1.0IP) allowed just three hits over the final five scoreless innings.

Notes: The marks the first three home-run game of the summer for Vancouver who had just 13 home runs through the first 44 games of the season…  Canadians DH L.B. Dantzler moved into a tie for 9th on the Single-Season Franchise Home Run list with his 7th round tripper of the season. He joins Jorge Soto (2001), Casey Myers (2001) and Michael Choice (2010)…  CF Ian Parmley moves into 9th on the Single-Season Franchise Stolen Bases list with his 14th of the season in the top of the 1st inning tying Jermaine Mitchell (2006).
