RICHMOND, VA - The Richmond Flying Squirrels host the Harrisburg Senators and the Altoona Curve for a seven-game series at The Diamond. Harrisburg will start the homestand with a three-game series followed by a four-game series against Altoona starting on Thursday, August 22nd. Dogs, Fireworks, Three celebrities fill up the promotion schedule this week. 

Monday, August 19th vs. Harrisburg

Gates Open:  6:00 PM First Pitch:  7:05 PM

It's Bark in the Park Night presented by Car Pool where fans can bring their dogs to The Diamond. Also it is McDonald's Monday! All fans that bring a receipt from a McDonald's restaurant can purchase two tickets for the price of one! Fans can also enjoy $1 Hot Dogs all night long. The Stray Dog Band will have all the dogs barking on the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage. 

Tuesday, August 20th vs. Harrisburg

Gates Open: 6:00 PM First Pitch:  7:05 PM

The last Tuesday of the regular season will welcome fans from Williamsburg as part of the Flying Squirrels Community Appreciation Nights. The first 2,000 fans 21 and older will receive a Six Pack Cooler courtesy of Budweiser. The Downtown Connection will perform pre-game on the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage. 

Wednesday, August 21st vs. Harrisburg

Gates Open: 6:00 PM First Pitch: 7:05 PM

Alfonso Ribeiro "Carlton Banks" from the hit show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air will make an appearance on Tribute to Peanut Night and Tri-Cities Night presented by VA Peanut Farmers. Fans are encouraged to donate peanut butter jars and win great prizes. All jars will benefit FeedMore's Central Virginia Food Bank. The peanut party continues on the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage when Party McFly performs pre-game. 

Thursday, August 22nd vs. Altoona

Gates Open:  6:00 PM First Pitch:  7:05 PM

Enjoy the last Thursday Post-Game Fireworks presented by Coventry Health Care of VA & Your Local Ford Dealer when we honor First Responders. Jangling Reinharts returns to the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage. Make sure to buy Launch-A-Balls for $1 each or 6 for $5 for the chance to win great prizes from our sponsors.

Friday, August 23rd vs. Altoona

Gates Open: 6:00 PM First Pitch:  7:05 PM

Skipper Bivins Hillbilly Handfishin' along with Dwight "Doc" Gooden will make an appearance on Wildlife Night presented by Floor & Decor. Fans will have the opportunity to bid on the Wildlife jerseys worn by the Squirrels with proceeds benefiting the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program. MoZo will perform pre-game on the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage. 

Saturday, August 24th vs. Altoona

Gates Open: 4:30 PM First Pitch:  6:05 PM

90's Sitcom Night presented by ProvideARide.org is sure to be a hit just like all the TV shows. Fans will be able to participate on-field contests themed off of some of their favorite 90's sitcoms! The Hit List will play all your favorite hits on the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage. After the post-game Fireworks, Kids will Run the Bases presented by McDonald's and Richmond Family Magazine. 

Sunday, August 25th vs. Altoona

Gates Open: 12:30 PM First Pitch:  2:05 PM

The first 2,000 kids 14 & under will receive their very own Sunglasses courtesy of Powerade. Kinetic Element will be electric on the AT&T Family Entertainment Zone Stage while families can enjoy Catch on the Field before the game presented by Nesquik from 1:15 PM to 1:35 PM. Kids Club members can also enjoy the Kids Club Ice Cream Social in the Kids Zone pre-game with visits from Nutzy and Flying Squirrels players.
