KEIZER, Ore. - Justin Marra went 2-for-5 with a pair of two-run doubles, helping the Boise Hawks sweep the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes in the Northwest League South Divisional Series, taking Game 2, 11-7, before 537 fans at Volcanoes Stadium.

Boise will move on to the Northwest League Championship Series to meet the Vancouver Canadians - who swept the Everett Aquasox in the North Division series.

Marra roped a two-run double in the first inning to give the Hawks an early 2-0 lead. S-K answered with three runs in the second, capped by a two-run single from John Polonius to grab a 3-2 lead.

Boise took the lead for good in the third - as Marra gapped a two-run double to the right-center gap to give the Hawks a 4-3 edge. Rony Rodriguez added an RBI double, David Bote lined an RBI single, and Lance Rymel hit a sacrifice fly to extend the margin to 7-3.

The Boise bullpen hung on - as Loiger Padron, Corbin Hoffner, Tyler Bremer, and Eddie Orozco struck out a combined 12 men in the win.

Kevin Encarnacion and Danny Lockhart each had three hits in the Boise attack.

NOTES: It marks the 13th trip in franchise history to the League Championship Series for the Hawks, searching for their seventh title...it was the first-ever playoff series win against S-K in four tries and Boise's first-ever playoff game win at Volcanoes Stadium...the Hawks finished the year 9-5 against S-K.
