A.J. Jimenez tied the franchise record with 5 hits in a near-perfect day against Erie on June 16, 2013.

Sunday, June 16 - New Hampshire 22, Erie 1

It was a banner day for the offense (well, obviously) as numerous team and individual records were equaled or passed on a sunny Sunday afternoon at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.

It started innocently enough, with Marcus Stroman setting the SeaWolves down in order in the 1st. The offense would score four times in the bottom of the inning, which included a Brad Glenn two run homer and an Adam Loewen solo shot. Five more scored in the 3rd, and the rout was on already. The first seven men got on, including another home run from Loewen.

The Fisher Cats made it a laugher in the next inning, as they turned a 9-0 lead into a 17-0 lead. For the second straight inning, the first seven men in the lineup reached base, and even after the next two were retired, Kevin Nolan reached on a throwing error which plated the final two runs of the inning. Stroman would lose the shutout in the 5th, but that's all that run did for Erie.

Back-to-back doubles by Kevin Pillar and Brian Van Kirk to open the 6th scored another run, and they would tally four more in the 8th, which included back-to-back doubles from Nolan and Loewen.

When the onslaught was over, the Fisher Cats had their largest margin of victory in team history (21 runs) as well as season highs in runs (22), hits (23), doubles (8), extra-base hits (11), total bases (40), and RBI (20). It was also the franchise's second 20 run game (23 on May 22, 2006) and fifth 20 hit game (26 is the record, on that same day).

Individually, AJ Jimenez tied two franchise records, scoring five runs in the game, as well as recording five hits, which is also a career high for him. Adam Loewen notched his fourth career two home run game while totaling three extra-base hits and 11 total bases. Kevin Nolan also had his second career five RBI game.

Every Fisher Cat in the lineup had at least one hit, while three had two hits and two had three hits. Loewen finished 4-for-5 with 5 RBI and 3 runs scored, Nolan was 3-for-5 with 5 RBI and 3 runs scored, and Jimenez was 5-for-6 with 3 RBI and 5 runs scored. Lost in all the run production was Stroman, who improved to 3-1 with six innings pitched, allowing one run on three hits with five strikeouts.
