Bisons to add Bat Boy/Bat Girl to Lineup
Team in search for talented youngsters for 2014 season
02/13/2014 7:02 PM ET

"Pick me out a winner, Bobby!"

The Buffalo Bisons have a hole in their lineup for the 2014 season and are looking to the young stars in our community to complete their winning team. The club is now taking applications for two Bat Boy/Bat Girl positions for the upcoming season.

Because of the rules of minor league baseball and New York State labor laws, there are certain requirements a potential Bat Boy/Bat Girl must fulfill. Applicants MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD prior to the start of the Bisons 2014 season (April 3).

The position is seasonal for minimum wage and applicants must able to work a large majority of the Bisons' 72-game season. For an average home game, a Bat Boy/Bat Girl will need to report two hours before first pitch and remain at the ballpark until roughly 30 minutes after the final out.

If you have a boy or girl interested in the position, please email info@Bisons.com and include the following information: Name, date of birth, phone number and mailing address of the applicant. We will then reach out to potential applicants that fit all requirements.
