Good Karma Monday benefitting Oso Relief
Sponsored by Heritage and Whidbey Island Banks
06/04/2014 11:40 AM ET

Heritage Bank and Whidbey Island Bank, a division of Heritage Bank, have stepped up to the plate for this summer's "Good Karma Mondays" with the Everett AquaSox. At each Good Karma Monday, Everett AquaSox fans can name their ticket price and proceeds from that evening's box office ticket sales will be donated to a local non-profit organization. The goal of the program is to fill the ballpark on Mondays and raise much needed funds for the below mentioned non-profits.

The beneficiary for the first Good Karma Monday on June 16, 2014 will be
Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation - Oso Landslide Relief Fund, receiving 100% of the ticket sales.

Four other Snohomish County organizations have also been selected as recipients for the following Good Karma Mondays, each to receive 50% of the ticket proceeds on their respective dates.

"The CVH Foundation is honored to participate in Good Karma Monday for our Oso Landslide Relief Fund", said Barb Tolbert, Foundation President. "We continue to be amazed and grateful for our community's generosity".

"We are very excited about Good Karma Mondays as we will be able to partner with a tremendous sponsor in Heritage Bank and at the same time raise much needed funds in our community," said Brian Sloan, VP of Corporate Partnerships for the Everett AquaSox. "We always need to be giving back to our community because a strong community benefits everyone."
