'Tis the season for a 'Christmas in July' doubleheader

Why wait until December? Come and celebrate "Christmas in July" during the first ever split doubleheader at Fifth Third Field on Saturday, July 19! The Hens will be wearing two sets of festive, special-edition, Christmas-themed jerseys that day. 

The Hens and Louisville Bats will start the "12 Hours of Christmas" day off with an extremely rare weekend day game. First pitch in Game One will be at 12 p.m. Game Two will start at 7 p.m.

Fans will enjoy holiday shopping opportunities at The Swamp Shop all day on June 19, as well as holiday-themed food and drink treats at all of the ballpark restaurants. Santa Claus will be flying in as our special guest during the games to meet with fans on the main concourse. 

 

HOLIDAY JERSEYS

The Mud Hens team will be dressing in the spirit of the season. The boys of summer will wear special edition elf-themed jerseys during the noon game. For the 7 p.m. game the team will don Santa-themed jerseys. The jerseys worn by the players and coaches that day will be sold during silent auctions, with proceeds benefitting Make-a-Wish, Goodwill Industries, and Helping Hens Charities.

 

SANTA CLAUS SPECIAL APPEARANCE

Santa Claus is coming to town...and he'll be at Fifth Third Field on July 19! Bring your wish list because you will have an opportunity to see Santa and get your photo taken with Old St. Nick.

 

 

MUDDY & MUDDONNA ORNAMENT GIVEAWAY

The first 2,000 fans through the gates at the 12 p.m. game will get a Muddonna Christmas ornament; the first 2,000 fans at the the 7 p.m. game will score a Muddy Christmas ornament!
