Spikes face Renegades in Playoffs, Home Thursday!
The State College Spikes' postseason schedule is now set after the conclusion of the New York-Penn League regular season. The Spikes will take on the Hudson Valley Renegades in the best-of-three Semifinal Series as they embark on "The Hunt for It All." Fans can now purchase individual game tickets for Game 2 of the Semifinal Series, which will feature $1 Beer Night, in addition to the Four-Game Playoff Packs already on sale.

The schedule for the best-of-three NYPL Semifinal Series is as follows:
Game 1: Wednesday, September 3, 6:35 p.m. at Hudson Valley
Game 2: Thursday, September 4, 7:05 p.m. at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park
Game 3 (if necessary): Friday, September 5, 7:05 p.m. at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park
Fans can once again enjoy $1 Beer Night, presented by 93.7 THE BUS, during Game 2. 12-oz. select domestic draft beers will be available for just $1 apiece from 6-8 p.m. for fans 21 and over.
The Spikes, who won their second straight Pinckney Division championship are seeded second in the NYPL playoffs, and the Renegades, champions of the McNamara Division, are seeded third.
The Spikes' "Hunt for It All" is presented by the Central Pennsylvania Convention & Visitors Bureau, Lion Country Kia and HRI, Inc.
The price for single-game Spikes home playoff game tickets purchased before 2 p.m. the day of the game will be the same as the the regular season:
- "Rail Kings": $16
- Diamond Club: $12
- Field Box: $10
- Bullpen Box: $8
- Outfield Bleachers: $6
The Spikes' Four-Game Playoff Packs remain available as well, starting as low as $16 per seat for all four potential home playoff games. Each Four-Game Playoff Pack also includes a $2 per game savings off the single-game price. In addition, each seat purchased as part of a Four-Game Playoff Pack will come with a free, limited-edition 2014 Spikes playoff t-shirt while supplies last.
Fans can purchase tickets for and Four-Game Playoff Packs by visiting the Spikes Box Office at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park or calling (814) 272-1711 during Box Office hours. On home game days, the Spikes Box Office is open from 9 a.m. through the end of the game. Non-game day hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. In the event that an Four-Game Playoff Pack is purchased and less than four post-season games are played, fans can claim a refund for games not played in one of three ways:
1. Credit applied to 2014 Spikes Season Tickets OR
2. Undated single-game ticket vouchers for the 2014 Spikes season OR
3. Full monetary refund applied to the method used to purchase the seats

The winner of the Spikes-Renegades series will meet the winner of the series between the top-seeded Tri-City ValleyCats and the Connecticut Tigers, who earned the league's Wild Card berth
