Roger Clemens to Throw Out First Pitch on Opening Day

On June 20, 2015, 354 wins, 4,916 strikeouts, 46 shutouts, 7 time Cy Young and 1986 MVP will be starting off on the mound for the 2015 Orem Owlz. Roger "Rocket" Clemens will be throwing out the first pitch for the Orem Owlz home opener. Orem Mayor Richard Brunst has withdrawn his complaint about being removed on opening day, "I guess I can't complain if the Owlz call to the bullpen and bring in Roger Clemens for me," says Mayor Brunst, "his fastball is a little better than mine."

One of the most dominant right-handed starting pitchers of all time will be present and participating in some on field activities to the delight of the fans. Also, we will be giving away 500 "Rocket Man" Roger Clemens Bobble Heads to the first 500 fans in attendance. We will also be offering a limited number of pre-sale autographed bobble heads which includes a ticket to the game. NUMBERS WILL BE VERY LIMITED.

The Orem Owlz will also be releasing a new Owlz America Jersey this year debuting on Opening Day and to be worn on holidays throughout the season. We will be raising money for the Roger Clemens Foundation, Make A Pitch for Children, by selling incredible limited Signed Roger Clemens Owlz America Jerseys. All proceeds go to the foundation. Again, NUMBERS WILL BE VERY VERY LIMITED. Information on packages will be released soon and some will include personal meetings and photos with Mr. Clemens.
