Playoff Central: Cougars Aim For 2015 Midwest League Championship
The Kane County Cougars have clinched a postseason spot in the 2015 Midwest League Playoffs! The Cougars, MWL Western Division second half champions, will be looking to defend the 2014 MWL crown as the playoff's opening round begins on September 9.
All home playoff games are 6:30 PM start times (Gate 3 opens at 5:30 PM) and feature a special $5 package that includes a reserved seat ticket and hot dog! All playoff games also feature $1 beers and sodas!
Strike Zone seating tables of 4 are $69 per table and box seats are $13. The lawn seating area will be closed for the duration of the playoffs.
The Cougars will square off against the Peoria Chiefs in a best-of-three opening round series. Kane County will open on the road at Peoria for Game 1, which takes place on Wednesday evening, September 9. The Cougars will return home for Game 2 on Thursday evening, September 10 at 6:30 PM. A third game (if necessary) would also be hosted by the Cougars on Friday evening, September 11 at 6:30 PM.
