LANCASTER, CA - The Lancaster JetHawks announced their 2017 schedule today, marking their 22nd season in the California League. The JetHawks will open the 2017 season at home on Thursday, April 6th with four games against the Visalia Rawhide, followed by three more games at home against the San Jose Giants.
The JetHawks once again will host a full slate of exciting holiday games, including Memorial Day and Labor Day, as well as an Independence Day Spectacular on July 4th, which will be complete with post-game fireworks. The regular season will end on Monday, September 4 home at The Hangar against the Inland Empire 66ers.

The California League has restructured for 2017, with two franchises - the High Desert Mavericks and the Bakersfield Blaze - moving to the Carolina League, bringing the number of California League teams to eight. The Divisions will stay the same, with the JetHawks in the South along with the Inland Empire 66ers, Lake Elsinore Storm & Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. The Stockton Ports, San Jose Giants, Modesto Nuts and Visalia Rawhide make up the North Division. The Rawhide will host the California League All-Star Game on June 20th at Recreation Ballpark in Visalia.
