FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno Grizzlies have unveiled their finalized 2017 promotional schedule (full promo calendar attached below). In addition to returning favorites (Grrrrassic Park, Halfway 2 Halloween and Mascot Weddings), new theme nights include a Tribute to Springfield on "Eat My Shorts Night," and "Power Rangers Night." There is definitely a 1990s flair of nostalgia, a "millennial" quality if you will, to this season's promo schedule. Fireworks will once again follow every Friday home game. The annual Taco Truck Throwdown will now be a two-day event, beginning Friday, July 28 vs. New Orleans, with the second an all-day, non-game day event, on Saturday, July 29.

Individual game tickets for all 71 Grizzlies home dates at Chukchansi Park are now on sale at the ticket office and online at, where fans can also find the full promotional offerings for each game.

For bobblehead collectors, the 2017 Fresno Grizzlies promotional schedule will break new ground, thanks to three of the most unique offerings of the industry classic giveaway. To celebrate the Grizzlies' 20th anniversary season, three bobbleheads depicting four of the greatest players in franchise history are available via purchase of a seven-game mini plan (or a season ticket plan) ONLY. This will guarantee plan holders a bobblehead (one per plan purchased), and avoid a long wait outside of the gates for the giveaway. The bobbleheads are:

  • Buster Posey hoisting Tim Lincecum in celebration after a win, A.K.A. "Buster Hugs," (first available April 22 vs. Salt Lake), presented by Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino

  • Madison Bumgarner "bobble-arm," wrestling a Grizzly Bear (first available June 24 vs. Sacramento)

  • Tony Kemp in a Fresno Tacos uniform, driving a taco truck (first available August 26 vs. Tacoma), presented by PG&E.

For more information and to purchase seven-game mini plans to secure one or all of these unique bobbleheads, please visit, or call the Chukchansi Park ticket office at 559-320-TIXS.

"We're right back in our wheelhouse of what #Growlifornia does best on the promotional front, with some new twists," said Fresno Grizzlies General Manager Derek Franks. "The uniqueness of our 20th anniversary bobbleheads is truly ground-breaking. Our theme night jerseys have drawn national media attention before, and should again. And our biggest promo of all, Taco Truck Throwdown, is now double the size over two nights. Paying homage to Harambe on the one-year anniversary of his unfortunate demise? Sure, we leave no stone unturned," Franks continued.
