Wrestling Hall of Famer Tito Santana to Appear on July 14th

(Reading, Pa) - WWE Hall of Famer Tito Santana will be on hand Friday, July 14th at FirstEnergy Stadium for Tribute to Professional Wrestling Night thanks to George's Cards and Collectibles.

Santana will be signing free autographs in the Tompkins VIST Bank Plaza by the Yuengling Hometown Tap Room from 7:00-9:00 p.m. In addition, for just $15.00, fans can meet him in exclusive pre-game VIP Meet-and-Greet from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tickets to the VIP event are limited and available here: http://www.milb.com/tickets/singlegame.jsp?sid=t522. VIP Meet and Greet tickets are separate from game tickets. Game tickets must be purchased in order to enter FirstEnergy Stadium.

The night also features a post-game fireworks show presented by Capital BlueCross and a post-game wrestling show from CHIKARA. CHIKARA is a fun-filled lucha libre super party with wrestlers like Dasher Hatfield, The Ol' Timey King o' Swing!, and Chuck Taylor, The Kentucky Gentleman!

Tito Santana began his wrestling career in 1977 working for Championship Wrestling from Florida. He wrestled there for one year before joining Georgia Championship Wrestling in 1978. He officially entered World Wrestling Entertainment in 1979, where he became a two-time Intercontinental Champion and a two-time Tag Team Champion. Santana wrestled over the course of two decades with WWE having wrestled for the company throughout the 1980's into the 1990's.

With his signature move the "Flying forearm smash", Santana gained notoriety as he feuded with the popular Greg "The Hammer" Valentine over the highly coveted Intercontinental Championship. Santana was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004.

Santana is now a Spanish Teacher and a basketball coach. He is semi-retired from professional wrestling, occasionally making appearances in the independent circuit.
