BILOXI, MS - The Biloxi Shuckers and Spectra Food Services & Hospitality are teaming up again in 2017 to provide Shuckers fans with the ultimate hospitality experience. With over a dozen food and beverage locations and over 100 menu items, there is truly something for everyone at MGM Park.

"We are excited about the start of the 2017 Shuckers season, said Mike Brulatour," general manager of Spectra at MGM Park. "Our food and beverage staff and community volunteers eagerly await hungry Shuckers fans and hope they will enjoy our expanded menu offerings and daily specials."

Spectra champions fresh Gulf Coast ingredients with traditional ballpark favorites in their premium concessions menu. Their unique offerings include wild-caught shrimp, gulf oysters and hickory smoked pork, as well as traditional ballpark classics like all-beef hot dogs, peanuts, nachos and Cracker Jack. Fans can quench their thirst with Biloxi's own Barq's Root Beer, or choose from a variety of local and regional craft beer selections.

The Shuckers are proud to introduce Polk's Meat Products as the official hot dog and sausage provider of the Biloxi Shuckers and MGM Park. Polk's will be offered at Foul Ball Franks on the third base concourse and Home Plate Hot Dogs. The All-Beef Jumbo Dog and Polk's Smoked Sausage Dog will join the Schooner Dog, a grilled all-beef hot dog for the junior appetite. Foul Ball Franks also has grilled hot dogs, smoked sausages and brats with over a dozen topping choices!

Polk's also presents Two-For-Tuesday this season. The Shuckers will be offering $2 Polk's hot dogs at all Tuesday home games, and fans can bring their Polk's Meat Products label to the MGM Park box office and receive a BOGO reserved level ticket!

Also new to the starting lineup in 2017 is Murky Waters BBQ, which will be found on the concourse right behind home plate. Slow pecan-smoked pork from Murky Waters BBQ is the centerpiece of Shuckers BBQ Nachos and our BBQ Sandwich Platter.

As fans stroll over to the first base concourse, they'll find the Aw Shucks Gulf Grill featuring a true taste of the Gulf Coast. Garlic Butter Grilled Oysters, Chef Bob's Jambalaya, Polk's Cajun Sausage and Red Beans and Rice-Stuffed Cajun Sausage will fill up the seafood lover's belly. But that's not all! Head over to Pearl's Po Boys on the third base concourse for the new Classic Muffalettas and Roast Pork Hoagie, joining returning favorites like Pearl's popular Coaster Fried Shrimp Roll with M&M wild-caught Gulf shrimp.

Feeling spicy? Walk a few steps further down the first base line and find the Short Stop Fiesta Grill for Bases Loaded Nachos, Shell Shuck'd Taco Bowl, Beef Taco Quesadillas, Veggie Quesadillas, and Chips and Queso. Cheer for Spud during the Crawfish Boil race, but even if he doesn't win you can celebrate with the Bases Loaded Baked Potato to keep your hunger at bay.

There's nothing more American than baseball, hot dogs and apple pie, so this year MGM Park is offering an opportunity to get all three. Fans with a sweet tooth can stroll over to Barq's Biloxi Creamery and find the American Classic Deep-Fried Southern Apple Pie with fresh ice cream served in a souvenir helmet, joining Funnel Cakes as the two newest items at Barq's Creamery. Also, Shuckers Mason Jars are waiting to be filled with Barq's Root Beer for the best float around!

Finally, wash down your meal with one of our featured brews at the Buena Vista Beer Garden on the right field concourse. Sierra Nevada, Biloxi Brewing, Bell's and Yuengling join Lazy Magnolia, Abita, Sam Adams and Blue Moon at the 24-tap Buena Vista. Remember to enjoy Thirsty Thursday this season during every Thursday home game with $2 Yuengling drafts, $2 fountain soft drinks and $3 weekly draft beer specials.

Have no fear, as all of fans' usual favorites will be back and better than ever at MGM Park this season, including Beacon Grill, Shuck N' Cluck Chicken, Shuckers Snacks, Papa John's Pizza, Home Plate Dippin' Dots, and True Blue Brew Crew!
