Cougars Homestand Preview: July 12-17

Peanut Free Night, Hacksaw Jim Duggan Appearance and Cousin Eddie Bobblehead Giveaway

GENEVA, Ill. - The Kane County Cougars, Class-A Minor League affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, begin a six-game homestand on Wednesday evening when they host the Bowling Green Hot Rods (Tampa Bay Rays affiliate) and the Dayton Dragons (Cincinnati Reds affiliate) for three games each. Homestand highlights include Peanut Free Night, special appearance by Hacksaw Jim Duggan for Professional Wrestling Night, Christmas Vacation bobblehead giveaway and a pre-game concert from Heartache Tonight.

Peanut Free Night - no peanuts or peanut-related products will be sold to allow fans with peanut allergies the opportunity to safely attend a game
Half-Price Hump Day, presented by GFS Stores - half-price deals on reserved and lawn tickets plus select concessions & souvenirs

Seniors Half-Price Tickets - Seniors (age 65 and older) can purchase half-price box, reserved or lawn tickets

Peanut Free Night: Peanut Free Night on Wednesday, July 12 allows fans with a peanut allergy the opportunity to safely attend a baseball game. Due to the circumstances, the following items will not be available for purchase: Dippin' Dots, ice cream, Cracker Jacks, candy including Skittles and M&M's as well as Oreo Churros.
Professional Wrestling Night: HOOOOO! Hacksaw Jim Duggan will be our special guest for Professional Wrestling Night on Thursday, July 13. The WWE Hall of Famer will be available for two autograph sessions on the center field deck beginning from 5:15 until 6 PM. He will return to the deck for a second autograph session from 6:40 PM until sunset. There is a $5 charge per autograph (cash only) with a limit of two autographs per person. Fans must provide their own items to be autographed and no posed photos will be allowed, but selfies are ok.
Cousin Eddie Bobblehead Giveaway: The first 1,500 fans in attendance on July 14 will receive a Kane County Cougars Cousin Eddie bobblehead. There will be one line located at Gate 3 ONLY. The first 1,500 fans with a valid game ticket (including suites) will receive a voucher at the gate. ONE VOUCHER PER PERSON. Vouchers can be exchanged for a Cousin Eddie bobblehead on the center field deck from the top of the 5th inning until the top of the 9th.
