  • Fan Fest, Anthem Auditions to be Held March 4

    The Durham Bulls will host their 2017 Fan Fest presented by Delta on Saturday, March 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to kick off the 2017 campaign at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The free event provides the opportunity for fans to take batting practice on the field, get a behind-the-scenes tour of the DBAP and purchase single-game tickets at the ballpark.   • Lee Gardner Elected to IL Hall of Fame

    Former Durham Bulls relief pitcher Lee Gardner will be inducted into the International League Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2017, the league announced today. The right-hander, who was a member of the Bulls from 2000-2003 and 2005, was elected by a vote of living Hall of Fame members, longtime executives, broadcasters and members of the media. MORE »
  • Four Rays Named Top 100 Prospects

    Over the last few weeks, MLB.com has been releasing its Top 10 prospects at each position entering the 2017 season. The announcements culminated on Saturday when the website released its Top 100 overall prospects for the year, and four Rays minor leaguers found themselves on the list. MORE »
  • Sandberg to Return, 2017 Field Staff Announced

    The Durham Bulls, in conjunction with the Tampa Bay Rays, today announce Jared Sandberg will return for his third consecutive season as the team's manager. Ozzie Timmons will serve as hitting coach for the second straight year, while Kyle Snyder will serve as pitching coach for the third season in a row. Former Bull Craig Albernaz will join the 2017 staff as a coach, while Athletic Trainer Mike Sandoval and Strength and Conditioning Coach Bryan King will each return. MORE »
