Nick Franklin, the Mariners' top offensive prospect, went 4-for-5 with two doubles and six RBIs to lead the first-place Javelinas past the Desert Dogs. Padres' top prospect Rymer Liriano reached base three times and scored four runs, while Reds' top prospect Billy Hamilton stole two bases and drove in a pair of runs for Peoria. Rangers prospect Chris McGuiness slugged a three-run homer to cap a six-run fourth inning as the Saguaros avoided a third straight loss. Kolten Wong, the Cardinals' No. 4 prospect, was 2-for-5 with an RBI and fellow St. Louis farmhand Kevin Siegrist gave up one hit over three innings to improve to 2-1.
