2017 Highlights
Started the season on the disabled list and started a rehab assignment with GCL Blue Jays on July 5…Promoted to Dunedin on July 16 and made two appearances before being promoted to Buffalo on July 21…Made four relief appearances with Buffalo before having his contract selected by the Toronto on August 5th…Made his Major League debut on August 9 vs. New York (AL), striking out Aaron Judge for his first career punchout. He also broke his right fifth toe on a comebacker from Didi Gregorius and was placed on the disabled list for the remainder of the season.
2016: Started the season on the disabled list, made season debut with Dunedin on June 3…After three starts with Dunedin, he was promoted to New Hampshire for the remainder of the season…Placed on the disabled list from August 14 - September 2 and played two more games afterwards…Went 3-2 in 7 games at home in New Hampshire, allowing a 3.08 ERA (38.0 IP, 13 ER).
