Played 16 games for Scottsdale of the Arizona Fall League following the 2011 season. ... Led Carolina League shortstops in fielding percenage (.965), games (110), total chances (514), putouts (165), assists (331) and double plays (61) in 2010. ... Was named Red Sox Minor League Defensive Player of the Year in 2009 after combining for a .971 fielding percentage at second base and shortstop. ... Finished sixth in the New York-Penn League in stolen bases in 2008. ...
