2017: Spent the year in the Detroit Tigers organization while seeing time in both the major and minor leagues... Began the year with Double-A Erie, where he went 1-0 with one save and a 1.04 ERA in eight relief outings... Transferred to Triple-A Toledo on 5/9 and went 2-1 with a 2.51 ERA and two saves in 41 relief outings with the Mud Hens... Held International League batters to a .223 average, with right-handers hitting .221 and lefties batting .225... 31 of his 41 outings with the Mud Hens were scoreless, and he did not allow more than two earned runs in any game... Posted a 1.54 ERA (4 ER, 23.1 IP) in 20 road contests with Toledo, holding opponents to a .128 average (10-78)... Promoted to Detroit on 8/13 and made 11 appearances with the Tigers, posting a 6.75 ERA
2016: Limited to nine games due to injury... Began the season on the disabled list with a right rotator cuff injury... Made three rehab appearances with Class-A Lakeland before joining Toledo on 4/27...Posted a 7.36 ERA in six relief outings with the Mud Hens before being placed on the DL with a right elbow strain...Was designated for assignment on 8/9 and released on 8/15...Re-signed by Detroit as a MiLB free agent and missed the rest of the year on the DL with a right elbow strain.

Made his major league debut on 7/4 against Toronto...Recorded the first strikeout of his major league career on 7/5 vs. Toronto, striking out Russell Martin in the ninth inning...Sidelined from 7/20-8/15 with a left thumb fracture...Pitched in four games with the Scottsdale Scorpions in the Arizona Fall League (0 ER, 5.0 IP). 
2014: Played the entire year with Double-A Erie, throwing a career high 138.0 innings...Made 25 starts for the SeaWolves, going 10-9 with a 5.54 ERA and 92 strikeouts... Selected as the Tigers Minor League Gold Glove winner as pitcher...Earned his first win of the season against Bowie allowing three runs on four hits with one walk and one strikeout in 5.0 IP... 2013: Appeared in 25 games (19 starts) as he played the whole season with Class-A Lakeland... Finished with a 6-6 record, a 4.00 ERA and 77 strikeouts in 119.1 IP... Earned his first win of the year against Fort Myers in 5/22...Recorded a season-high nine strikeouts and picked up the win in a start against Bradenton on 7/24... Selected the Tigers Co-Pitcher of the Month for June after a 2-1 record with a 2.37 ERA and 15 strikeouts in five starts.
2012: Pitched in 23 games (16 starts) for Class-A West Michigan... Had a 7-5 record with a 3.91 ERA and 81 strikeouts... Picked up his first career save in an 2.0-inning appearance against Great Lakes on 5/17... Recorded six strikeouts in four games for West Michigan...Held left-handed batters to a .209 (40-91) batting average...Was named Midwest League Pitcher of the Week, 8/6.
2011: Limited to six starts with Class-A West Michigan after serving two separate stints on the disabled lists with elbow inflammation... Finished with a 2-1 record with a 3.49 ERA and 24 strikeouts in 28.1 IP... Threw a season-high 7.0 innings in a start against Lansing on 4/23/11... Season ended on after being placed on the DL on 5/23 and underwent "Tommy John" surgery.
2010: Began his professional career with the GCL Tigers and Class-A Connecticut... Appeared in 13 games (11 starts) between the two teams, finshing with a 5-5 record and 3.25 ERA with 64 strikeouts in 63.2 IP...Earned the win in his pro debut against the GCL Yankees on 6/23 after pitching 7.0 innings allowing two runs on four hits and striking out a season-high ten batters... Recorded his first shutout after a 7.0 inning performance while allowing four hits and striking out three...
