2017: Acquired from Texas in a trade on 4/6, and made first appearance with Norfolk on 5/15... Went 3-0 with a 2.79 ERA in 34 relief appearances with Norfolk... Held International League batters to a .216 average, with left-handers batting .208 against him (15-72)... Yielded just six extra-base hits in 169 batters faced (four doubles, one triple, one home run)... Posted a 1.67 ERA (6 ER, 32.1) from 6/1 through the end of the season (posted a 7.11 ERA over his first six outings)... Limited IL batters to a .143 average with runners in scoring position (5-35)... Allowed one hit or less in 28 of his 34 appearances, including 12 hitless outings
2016: Opened the season on the Texas Ranger roster... Had three separate stints in the majors and tallied appearances in just nine games... Had 6.75 ERA (5 ER, 6.2 IP) with one strikeout for the Rangers...Spent the rest of the season with Triple-A Round Rock where he appeared in 41 games (one start)...Struck out 39 and recorded four saves in 45.1 IP... 2015: Made his MLB debut with the Rangers in a scoreless outing, throwing 0.1 innings against the Padres on 8/31... Began his MLB career with 3.0 scoreless innings in his first three big league appearances... Split time between Double-A Frisco and Triple-A Round Rock as he combined for 34 games (15 starts) with a 7-4 record and 3.86 ERA (43 ER, 100.1 IP)... Ranked third in the Rangers farm system in strikeouts (103)... Had a 19.2-inning scoreless streak over his last 16 appearances with Frisco and Round Rock... Was named the Rangers Minor League Reliever of the Year.
2014: Combined to go 12-5 with a 2.73 ERA (41 ER, 134.3 IP) and 133 strikeouts in 28 games (24 starts) between Single-A Myrtle Beach and Double-A Frisco... Finished T-1st in in wins, 2nd in ERA, and 2nd in strikeouts in the Rangers organization... Was 10-1 in 21 games (18 starts) with Myrtle Beach and was named a Carolina League Midseason All-Star... Was also named the top pitching prospect in the Carolina League by Baseball America... Allowed one run or less in 16 appearances with Myrtle Beach.
2013: Spent the year with Class-A Hickory where he ranked second on the team in starts (19), innings pitched (111.1) and strikeouts (84)... Posted a 6-5 record with a 3.48 ERA (43 ER, 111.1 IP) in 21 appearances (19 starts) with Hickory. 
2012: Played the year with Class-A Hickory where he was 5-5 with a 4.31 ERA (45 ER, 94.0 IP)and 74 strikeouts... Left-handed batters had a .238 (24-101) average and allowed just two home runs to all batters...Threw a season-high 7.0 innings against Delmarva on 7/23/12 where he allowed just one run on seven hits and one walk.
2011: Started his professional career with the AZL Rangers posting a 0-2 record with a 2.16 ERA (6 ER, 25.0 IP) in 12 games (seven starts)... Gave up just one home run and struck out 27 in 25.0 IP... Held opponents to a .045 (1-22) batting average during relief appearances... Did not allow a run in eight appearances
