2014 Review: Enters the 2015 campaign as Atlanta's 22nd-rated prospect as ranked by Baseball America... Spent his second season in the organization with High-A Lynchburg, where his 23 starts and 113.1 innings were both third-most on the club...Missed nearly three weeks with right biceps tendinitis, going on the disabled list on 7/11 before being reinstated on 7/31...Went a season-high 7.0 innings on four different occasions, including a three-hit, eight-strikeout performance on 6/6, yielding just one unearned run...Ended the season on a five-game losing streak, compiling a 6.66 ERA (39 ER/52.2 IP) over his final 12 starts...

2013: Tabbed by Baseball America as the Braves' 20th-best prospect entering 2014 after signing as a non-drafted free agent in 2013...Assigned to Single-A Rome, where he went 7-7 with a 2.63 ERA, second-lowest on the team among pitchers with at least 10 starts (Lucas Sims, 2.62)...Picked up a pair of Pitcher of the Month Awards, one in June (2-2, 6 G, 2.14 ERA, 8ER, 33.2 IP, 38 K) and another in August (4-1, 5 G, 1.44 ERA, 5 ER, 31.1 IP, 28 K)...Tossed Rome's only shutout of the year on 8/4, allowing just two baserunners and striking out seven... Followed that outing with 7.0 scoreless innings on 8/9, again allowing two runners and striking out eight... Struck out a season-high nine batters on 6/30 in 6.0 scoreless innings of work...Compiled 101 strikeouts compared to just 21 free passes, good for a 4.81 SO/BB rate, tops among Rome starters.
