2016: Played the majority of the season with Triple-A Pawtucket. Began the season with Double-A Portland, batting .359 (14-for-39) with 6 R, 2B, 2 HR, and 7 RBI over 11 games. Transferred to Pawtucket on 4/18. Played 100 games for the PawSox, starting at 3B in 93 (.980 fielding pct.). His 29 2B ranked 2nd on Pawtucket and T-10th in the International League. Was among club leaders with 357 AB (4th), 43 R (4th), 92 H (4th), 129 TB (4th), and 31 BB (2nd). Batted .297 (27- for-91) vs. LHP.

2015: Missed the 2nd half of the season with a broken left wrist. Named an Eastern League mid-season All-Star. Hit 25 2B before the All-Star break, most in the EL and tied for most in all of Double-A. Recorded a .363 OBP. Posted a .347 AVG/.429 OBP/.542 SLG line vs. LHP (25-for-72, 6 2B, 3B, 2 HR, 11 BB, 6 SO). Had 25 multi-hit games. Made 50 starts at 1B (.993 fielding pct.) and 30 at 3B (.962). Hit .462 (18-for-39) with 12 RBI during a 10-game stretch from 4/17-27. On 5/3 at Reading, went 4-for-5 with 2 2B, HR, 3 RBI, and 2 runs. Through 5/7, ranked T-3rd in all of Double-A in hits and 10th in AVG (.368, 35-for-95). Reached base in each of his final 12 games before the All-Star break (15-for-47, 4 2B, 5 BB, 2 HBP). Was the starting 3B in the EL All-Star Game on 7/15 at Hadlock Field (0-for-2). In his 1st game after the break (7/16 at New Hampshire), was hit by a pitch in the 1st inning. Remained in the game and played the bottom half of the frame at 3B, but was removed after the inning. Placed on the DL the next day and missed the remainder of the season.

2014: Combined with Single-A Greenville and High-A Salem to hit .312 (153-for-490) with a .379 OBP and .500 SLG. Named a South Atlantic League mid-season All-Star. Led all minor leaguers in sacrifice flies (13) and ranked 4th in 2B (44). Ranked 4th among minor league 1B in AVG. Led all Red Sox minor leaguers in hits and 2B. Produced a .995 fielding percentage (4 E/856 TC) in 99 games at 1B. Also saw time at 3B (26 G) and 2B (1 G). Hit .373 (47-for-126) vs. LHP and .291 (106-for-364) vs. RHP. Played his first 65 games with the Drive and led the club in AVG (.330). Hit .388 (66-for-170) during a 47-game stretch from 4/11-6/2, leading all minor leaguers in 2B (23) and XBH (31) and ranking 2nd in AVG and RBI (tied, 45) in that span.
