♦ Split the year between Bowie and Frederick, going 7-6 with a 2.98 ERA in 22 starts.
♦ Ranked among Orioles minor leaguers in shutouts (T-1st, 2), complete games (T-1st, 2), strikeouts (2nd, 142), and innings pitched (6th, 124).
♦ Named an Orioles Organizational All-Star after the season by MiLB.com.
♦ Allowed three or less earned runs in 19 of 22 starts. Went at least five innings in 17 starts.

2018

♦ Ranked among Orioles minor leaguers in wins (2nd, 13) and ERA (4th, 3.17).
♦ Opened the year with Delmarva, going 5-0 with a 1.42 ERA in seven starts. 
♦ Held South Atlantic League hitters to a .180 average while registering more than twice as many strikeouts (47) as hits allowed (23) in 38.0 innings with the Shorebirds. 
♦ Struck out a career-high 10 batters in his first start of the year, 4/5 vs. Asheville.
♦ Allowed two earned runs or less in each of his seven starts with Delmarva. 
♦ Did not yield a home run in his seven outings with the Shorebirds (144 batters faced).
♦ Promoted to Frederick on 5/20 and spent the rest of the season with the Keys, going 8-5 with a 3.88 ERA in 17 starts. 
♦ Registered a complete game win in his Frederick debut, 5/20 vs. Myrtle Beach (7.0 IP).
♦ Allowed three earned runs or less in 14 of his 17 starts with Frederick, including seven outings in which he yielded one earned run or less.
♦ Limited Carolina League hitters to a .238 average, with right-handers batting .206.

2017

♦ Spent majority of the season with Aberdeen, going 4-2 with a 1.31 ERA.
♦ Earned first professional victory, 8/2 at Staten Island. 
♦ Went 4-0 with a 0.70 ERA (2 ER, 25.2 IP) over five starts in August. 
♦ Limited New York-Penn League batters to a .168 average, with right-handers batting just .133 (10-75) against him. 
♦ Allowed two earned runs or fewer in each of his 10 appearances with the IronBirds. 

 

PERSONAL
♦ Selected by Baltimore in the 3rd round of the 2017 draft. Was chosen by Minnesota in the 34th round of the 2014 draft but did not sign. 
♦ Attended Jacksonville University, where he was a teammate of O's farmhand Austin Hays.
♦ Named Preseason All-Atlantic Sun Conference Pitcher of the Year as a junior (2017).
♦ Attended Mahtomedi High School (MN), helping lead the team to a 24-3 record and the school's first-ever appearance in the state tournament his senior season.
♦ Also played football in high school as an offensive and defensive lineman.
