2019
♦ Split the year between Triple-A Pawtucket and Boston. Went 3-4 with six saves and a 4.60 ERA in 40 games with Pawtucket and 0-1 with a 3.86 ERA in 16 games (three starts) over five different stints with Boston. 
♦ Made his MLB debut on 4/23 vs. Detroit, allowing one run over 2.2 innings in game two of a doubleheader. Struck out the first batter he faced (Jeimer Candelario). 
♦ 33 of his 56 appearances were scoreless (nine with Boston, 24 with Pawtucket). 
♦ Made three starts for Boston in September and did not allow a run over 5.2 innings.

♦ Split season between Class-A Salem and Double-A Portland. Combined to go 5-4 with a 4.21 ERA in 15 starts, striking out 62 batters over 68.1 innings. 
♦ Opened the year by going 5-0 with a 2.61 ERA in seven starts with Salem.
♦ Promoted to Portland on 5/11 and went 0-4 with a 6.23 ERA in eight starts. 
♦ Placed on the disabled list on 7/4 and missed the remainder of the season. 


2016
♦ Played first full professional season with Class-A Salem, going 6-3 with a 5.93 ERA over 19 games (18 starts) in the Carolina League.
♦ Had seven starts in which he went at least 5.0 innings and allowed one earned run or less.
♦ Went 3-1 with a 2.13 ERA in five April starts. 
♦ Placed on the disabled list on 7/27 (right elbow inflammation) and missed rest of season.


2015
♦ Made professional debut in GCL Playoff Finals on 8/31 vs GCL Blue Jays. 
♦ Ranked by Baseball America as the #16 prospect in Boston's system after the season.


PERSONAL
♦ Claimed by Baltimore off of waivers from the Chicago Cubs on 1/31/20. Had been traded to the Cubs from Boston on 1/21/20 in exchange for cash considerations.
♦ Selected by Boston in the sixth round of the 2015 draft as a draft-eligible sophomore.
♦ Attended The Ohio State University, where he posted a 3.75 ERA and recorded 84 strikeouts for the Buckeyes in 2015. 
♦ Spent the 2014 summer playing for the Chillicothe Paints in the Prospect League, where he he threw the first-ever perfect game in Prospect League history.
♦ Graduated from Franklin High School (OH), where he was a three-time All-Conference first team selection and was league Player of the Year twice. Went 10-3 with 100 strikeouts while hitting .488 during his junior season. 
♦ Also played basketball in high school, where he was a teammate with current Detroit Pistons guard Luke Kennard during his junior and senior seasons.
