Selected in the third round of the 2024 MLB Draft by the Cincinnati Reds out of Northeastern... was drafted by the Dodgers as the No. 492 pick in the 2021 Draft but did not sign... his granduncle was Hall of Fame pitcher Whitey Ford, who played for the New York Yankees from 1950-67, where "the Chairman of the Board" won six World Series, played in 10 All-Star Games and won a Cy Young Award (in 1961) before getting inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1974...
