Minor League Baseball Charities

Minor League Baseball Charities is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to giving back to and enhancing the communities our teams call home. Through donations and support it receives from fans, teams and partners, MiLB Charities is able to contribute to local organizations in times of need and support causes that are important to our extended baseball family. Minor League Baseball Charities is affiliated with The National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, Inc.

MiLB CommUNITY First Campaign

In partnership with Feeding America, Minor League Baseball came together in May 2020 to raise funds for local food banks while honoring local heroes risking their lives on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. For every $10 donated through campaign, one ticket to a future MiLB game will be donated to a local hero.

Minor League Baseball Charity Partners

The mission of the Minor League Baseball Charity Partners Program is to provide national exposure for participating charities, expand current relationships between clubs and local chapters and to foster new relationships where none exist. The ALS Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters have been with the Minor League Baseball Charity Partners Program since its inception in 2004. The American Cancer Society is the newest addition to the program, joining in 2016.

In 2009, Ed Randall's Bat for the Cure was designated as a Homegrown Charity Partner, a special designation for programs that, in large part, have their roots traceable to Minor League Baseball. The BairFind Foundation, with the mission of finding missing children, was added as a Homegrown Charity Partner in 2016.
