San Bernardino, CA- The Inland Empire 66ers of San Bernardino announced on Thursday the latest milestone in the club's relationship with Hangar 24 Craft Brewery as the award-winning beer maker will debut its limited release Cucumber Lime Blonde Ale at San Manuel Stadium on Saturday June 24th. The variant of Hangar 24's signature Blonde Ale will be introduced at the existing Hangar 24 Craft Corner on the third base concourse at the ballpark as the Sixers host the Lake Elsinore Storm at 6:00 pm.
Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is headquartered in Redlands, CA and has become a local legend in just a decade based out of a former bi-plane hangar adjacent to the Redlands Municipal Airport. The 66ers and Hangar 24 have partnered since the brewery's first year of existence as the duo have grown together over the last ten years.
"Hangar 24 and the Inland Empire 66ers of San Bernardino are two iconic brands in our region and we are so proud to have a great friendship that serves the Inland Empire," 66ers General Manager Joe Hudson said. "When we opened the Hangar 24 Craft Corner in April this is exactly the type of event we envisioned hosting. I'm excited for our fans to sample the Cucumber Lime Blonde Ale and hope there is still at least a pint left over for me."
Ben Cook is the Owner and Master Brewer of Hangar 24 Craft Brewery which describes the Cucumber Lime Blonde as an introduction of both citrus and melon flavors complementing the smooth taste of an easy drinking blonde ale.
"With the recent addition of Hangar 24 Craft Corner at San Manuel Stadium it is with great pride that we showcase a brand-new beer here at the stadium," Cook said.
