Lowell, MA - Wednesday's doubleheader must have left much to be desired as far as wild twists and turns go. Thursday night's game three provided that and more. After four lead changes and multiple near comebacks, Aberdeen fell 13-6 and was swept by the Lowell Spinners.
DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH: Thing got started routinely in the third inning with three hits for Aberdeen. Dalton Hoiles came home to score on

YES, YES, YES, YES: Lowell nodded four times at the IronBirds in the bottom half of that one and let nine batters find the plate. With
ANOTHER THING: The Spinners weren't done yet.
WATCH OUT: Back to back walks and the bat of Yahn got the IronBirds going in the 8th. Yahn's single scored Horvath and set up a two RBI single by Roberts. Heading to the bottom of the 8th Aberdeen had a chance with an 8-7 lead for Lowell.
GOODNIGHT: Lowell whisked the IronBirds into the night sky with a massive 8th inning. J.J. Montgomery walked the bases loaded and was replaced with Juan Echevaria (Javier). He gave up RBI base hits to Colon and Dylan Hardy. Duran showed up with a two run triple, and Lowell cruised to a 13-7 victory.
BIRD WATCHING: Aberdeen was swept for the second time this season and has now lost five straight for the first time all year. Robbie Thorburn and Adam Hall both had hits in each of the three games in Lowell
