ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-RHP Randall Delgado had his best outing of the season for Reno, as the Aces secured their first series victory, in a 5-1 win over the Albuquerque Isotopes at Isotopes Park on Saturday night.

Delgado threw his second quality outing of the season, giving up just one unearned run on five hits through 6.2 innings. He allowed a leadoff walk to begin his outing, but was able to cruise through the middle innings. Delgado did not allow a hit in the third, fourth, or fifth innings, before allowing a single to the first batter he faced in the sixth.

Ed Easley put the Aces on the board in the top of the second on an RBI double to right-center. Reno tacked on two more runs in the third and the fourth to take a commanding 5-1 lead that would stick.

At the dish for Reno, Davidson extended his hitting streak to 11 games, tying the high mark for an Aces batter this season. Chris Owings was once again impressive at the plate, adding a couple of hits to his Pacific Coast League-leading total (65).

Delgado earned his first win of the season for his effort. RHP Warner Madrigal and RHP Bo Schultz combined to throw 2.1 scoreless innings to finish the game for Reno.

RHP Matt Palmer was charged with the loss for Albuquerque. He gave up five runs-four earned-on eight hits through 4.0 innings, while recording six strikeouts. Three Isotopes relievers combined to shutout Reno through the final 5.0 innings of the game.

The series wraps up Sunday afternoon, as the Aces look to complete their first series sweep of the season. RHP Zeke Spruill (1-1, 4.08 ERA) will get the nod for Reno, while the Isotopes will counter with RHP Angel Castro (3-2, 4.05 ERA). First pitch is set for 12:35 p.m. PT in Albuquerque.
