The Isotopes (45-48) ignited for 14 runs and 18 hits to take the series finale over the Las Vegas 51s (45-49) 14-5 on Sunday night. The game was the last for the Isotopes at Cashman Field as the Las Vegas franchise will have a new ballpark to call home in 2019.

Albuquerque trailed 5-1 at the start of the third inning, but chipped away at Las Vegas' lead before going ahead 6-5 in the sixth on Jan Vázquez's two-run homer. The Isotopes put the game out of reach in the seventh inning, pouring on eight runs as they sent 11 batters to the plate.
All eight of the Isotopes position players recorded at least one hit in the contest led by Stephen Cardullo with four. Ryan McMahon, Mike Tauchman and Vazquez each produced three RBI on the night. Tauchman scored Albuquerque's first run with his 14th home run of the season in the first inning.
Peter Lambert improved to 2-0 at the Triple-A level, yielding five runs (one earned) and nine hits in 5.0 innings. The 21-year-old right-hander finished his outing on a strong note tossing three scoreless frames.
The Isotopes travel back to Albuquerque on Monday to begin a seven-day homestand starting with a four-game series against the El Paso Chihuahuas. Albuquerque will hand the ball to lefty David Holmberg while El Paso has Brett Kennedy slated to take the mound. First pitch for the series opener at Isotopes Park is set for 6:35 p.m.
