The home run was Hampson's second with Albuquerque as he finished the evening 2-for-6 with three RBI … Pat Valaika recorded three doubles to tie the Isotopes single-game record … The Isotopes compiled seven doubles for the night, tying their season high from April 21 vs. Tacoma … Albuquerque was down 3-2 at the start of the seventh inning, but scored four runs in the frame to go up by three.

TOEING THE RUBBER: Chi Chi González recorded his team-leading fourth quality start of the season. The right-hander limited the Cubs to three runs and five hits in 6.0 innings. Gonzalez did not allow a hit until one out in the fourth inning when he surrendered an infield single to Phillip Evans … Reliever James Pazos surrendered two runs in the seventh inning … Iowa's Jacob Hannemann hit a solo home run in the ninth off Yency Almonte to force extra innings … David Holman pitched the final 2.0 innings of the night, allowing one unearned run to earn his first win of the year.
