TOEING THE RUBBERDavid Holman  made his first start of the 2019 campaign for the Isotopes, taking the loss as he allowed three runs in 3.0 innings … Kenny Koplove  struck out five batters 3.0 innings of relief. Koplove's strikeout total is the highest for an Isotopes reliever this season … Justin Lawrence  and Jesus Tinoco threw back-to-back scoreless innings to end the contest.

AT THE DISH: Both of Albuquerque's runs came in the fifth inning. Koplove used a safety squeeze bunt to bring home the first run and Sam Hilliard drove in the second with an RBI double to left … Hilliard was the only Isotope to record multiple hits on the night, going 2-for-4.
TOPES TIDBITS: The loss snapped Albuquerque's winning streak at four games, which already matched their longest streak from 2018 … Two Isotopes made their Triple-A debuts Tuesday with Koplove and outfielder Mylz Jones  both making their first appearances with Albuquerque … Outfielder Yonathan Daza  was called up by the Rockies Tuesday and became the second Isotope this season to make their MLB debut.
