Homestand Highlights: May 16 - May 21

SPRINGDALE, Ark. – The Northwest Arkansas Naturals will be back Tuesday, May 16th through Sunday, May 21st for a six-game series against the Springfield Cardinals (Double-A St. Louis Cardinals). The series begins with our last Education Day Game of the year and features daily food and drink specials, Growlin’ Chickens Weekend, and concludes with our first Bark in the Ballpark of the season on Sunday, May 21st.

Tuesday, May 16 – Naturals vs. Springfield Cardinals, 11:05 A.M. (Gates at 10 A.M.)

EDUCATION DAY GAME PRESENTED BY PROJECT PREVENT

EDUCATION DAY GAME – School groups consisting of students, teachers, and chaperones from throughout Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding communities receive a special ticket discount to attend Education Day Games at Arvest Ballpark. Teachers also receive an online educational packet in advance of their visit to help prepare their students for their field trip to the ballpark. This is the last of two Education Day Games at Arvest Ballpark, which are presented by Project Prevent.

Wednesday, May 17 – Naturals vs. Springfield Cardinals, 7:05 P.M. (Gates at 6 P.M.)

KIDS EAT FREE – Kids 12 and under eat FREE on Wednesday night as kids will receive a voucher GOOD for a Hot Dog courtesy of Tyson Foods, Inc., Teddy Grahams and Oreo Cookies courtesy of Mondelez International, Inc., and a small Dr. Pepper fountain drink courtesy of Ozarks Coca-Cola.

INDIGO SKY CASINO BASEBALL BINGO – Grab a bingo card and follow the action while the Naturals are at-bat for a chance to win a prize from Indigo Sky Casino. (Limited number of winners).

BOBBY WITT JR. JERSEY T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY ON THIRSTY THURSDAY™ PRESENTED BY FOGHORN’S

BOBBY WITT JR. JERSEY T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY – The first 500 fans in attendance on Thursday will receive a Bobby Witt Jr. Naturals Jersey T-Shirt presented by Foghorn’s. The former Minor League Player of the Year in 2021 has been a mainstay in the Royals lineup the last two seasons. During his outstanding rookie season in 2022, Witt Jr. hit .254 with 20 home runs, 80 RBI, and 30 stolen bases.

THIRSTY THURSDAY™ – Fans will enjoy $2 16 oz. drafts of Pabst Blue Ribbon at two specific locations on the concourse, $2 Bags of Peanuts, and $1 Small Coca-Cola Fountain Drinks.

FIREWORKS FRIDAY PRESENTED BY SEAPAK ON GROWLIN’ CHICKENS WEEKEND NIGHT #1

FIREWORKS FRIDAY – Enjoy the best in sight and sound at Arvest Ballpark as Night #1 of Growlin’ Chickens Weekend features a fireworks show presented by SeaPak following the game.

BULLPEN PARTY PRESENTED BY CHOCTAW CASINO & RESORT – POCOLA – Get Growlin’ Chickens Weekend at Arvest Ballpark started off right with a Bullpen Party presented by Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola from 5:45 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. where fans of age can enjoy ‘Happy Hour’ drink specials at The Bullpen concession stand located down the first base side of the concourse and $2 BBQ Sliders or a special six (6) for $8 deal. *BBQ Sliders are only served during the Bullpen Party

GROWLIN’ CHICKENS WEEKEND – For two (2) games this season, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals will reprise their role as the Growlin' Chickens. The first night of this transformation takes place on Friday, May 19th when the Growlin' Chickens take on the Springfield Cardinals. The team will wear Growlin’ Chickens jerseys and caps and brand-new merchandise will be available in the Team Store.

SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS will be featured at The Bullpen concessions stand down the first base line while a CHICKEN TENDER BASKET WITH WAFFLE FRIES will be available at the War Eagle Café stand.

NATURALS TEAM STORE – All Growlin’ Chickens merchandise will be available in the Team Store. Fans are invited to check out all of the Growlin’ Gear including caps, t-shirts, novelties, and jerseys.

POULTRY DERBY ‘ROOSTER’ FIGURINE GIVEAWAY PRESENTED BY OZARKS COCA-COLA ON GROWLIN’ CHICKENS WEEKEND NIGHT #2

ROOSTER FIGURINE GIVEAWAY – The first 1,000 fans in attendance on Saturday night will receive a Poultry Derby ‘Rooster’ Figurine Giveaway presented by Ozarks Coca-Cola as they enter the gates.

BULLPEN PARTY PRESENTED BY CHOCTAW CASINO & RESORT – POCOLA – Continue the fun on Night #2 of Growlin’ Chickens Weekend with a Bullpen Party presented by Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola. BARK IN THE BALLPARK ON A FAMILY SUNDAY WITH DOLLAR HOT DOGS BY TYSON FOODS, INC. AND MERCY-GOHEALTH KIDS RUN THE BASES

BARK IN THE BALLPARK – Bring your dog out for Bark in the Ballpark as your best friend(s) will receive FREE admission to Sunday’s game as long as they are accompanied by a paid owner. This will be the first of three scheduled Bark in the Ballpark events at Arvest Ballpark during the 2023 season.

DOLLAR HOT DOGS – Enjoy $1 Hot Dogs courtesy of Tyson Foods, Inc. on Family Sunday.

KIDS RUN THE BASES – Kids of all ages can partake in the Sunday tradition of Mercy-GoHealth Kids Run the Bases following the conclusion of the 2:05 p.m. homestand finale against Springfield.
